A part of Ballet Northwest’s 50th anniversary season, the company presents Crescendo with members of the Olympia Symphony.

Crescendo brings together members of the Olympia Symphony and over fifty Ballet Northwest dancers for a groundbreaking performance featuring Gershwin’s An American in Paris, Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons, Ravel’s Bolero, Brahms’ Hungarian Dance #5, and a suite of dances from the famous Russian ballet La Bayadere with music by Minkus.
Guest choreographers include Matthew Pawlicki-Sinclair (Oregon Ballet Theatre), Suzanne Haag (Eugene Ballet), Laney Engelhard (American Repertory Ballet), Xijun Fu (National Ballet of China), Justine Sheedy-Kramer (MFA, University of Utah), Joanne Holbrook (BA, Tshwane University), and Rachael Parnell (BFA, University of Hartford.)
