As Ballet Northwest (BNW) launches its 55th season in the South Sound, we are reaching out to ask for your support by making a donation to the Annual Fund. As a non-profit organization, and the oldest ballet company in the state of Washington, the generosity of donors is critical to our success.

With your support, this season BNW will:

• introduce over 10,000 elementary school children to dance through free residencies in the Olympia, North Thurston, Tumwater, Shelton, and Yelm school districts,
• award thousands of dollars in financial aid to local dancers, including scholarships to attend prestigious summer intensives across the nation,
• distribute hundreds of free tickets to underserved families through social services organization partners,
• provide master classes and mental health & nutrition seminars to local dancers,
• produce The Nutcracker and The Sleeping Beauty at the Washington Center,
• co-produce the Olympia Dance Festival with the Washington Center featuring over 250 dancers from throughout the region,
• produce the Puget Sound Dance Festival at the Federal Way Performing Arts Center, and
• present the Young Choreographers Showcase which enables company dancers the opportunity to create world premiere dances.
